20 years' time for modifications and additions
As time goes by, things change in people's lives. They move, they change their belongings, they start a family. In this context, it's important to feel free to add to and/or modify part of the kitchen furniture. Beyond the fashions and rules of consumption that "impose" changes in aesthetics, finishes and colours, the Future Programme Guarantee protects the rights of Valcucine's customers for 20 years by guaranteeing the availability of the elements required to modify and complete the furniture in the same aesthetics.
This is because Valcucine, contrarily to what is more and more common nowadays, plans the future of its products by extending their durability.

The current trend towards consumerism exploits objects and then very quickly discards them. From Valcucine's point of view this is wrong because it is detrimental to the planet and doesn't keep in mind the ecological principles of responsibility towards the future generations.

The Future Programme Guarantee is supplied free of charge to all those who fill in the marketing form.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE CLAUSES

Guarantee coverage.
During the guarantee period, Valcucine S.p.A. ensures that any elements required to alter or extend your kitchen will be available in the same version. Light tends to modify colours and in particular the colour of wood. This is why any differences in shade between the new product and the one already exposed to sunlight must be accepted. These differences will become less noticeable as time goes by.
Notice: this guarantee will become valid only if the marketing form is filled in no later than 6 months after the date of purchase and if the validation stamp is applied in the specific space.

Duration and coverage of the guarantee.
The guarantee becomes valid from the date on the receipt or on the packing list and has a duration of twenty years. If Valcucine S.p.A. should not be able to supply elements in the same version of the model purchased by the buyer because the model is no longer produced, it undertakes to supply free of charge to the retailer all the elements already owned by the buyer that cannot be reutilised because they do not match the new, additional elements. In this case, the buyer is entitled to receive all the elements that cannot be found free-of-charge and he/she can choose these from the new Valcucine models in production.

What is not covered by the guarantee?
Household appliances, sinks, taps and lights are excluded from this guarantee.

Procedures for requesting provisions under guarantee
Requests for interventions under guarantee must be made to the retailer only who will check the request. If the retailer from whom the Valcucine furniture was purchased is no longer a Valcucine retailer, we kindly ask you to contact Valcucine S.p.A. directly to request the names of the authorised retailers nearest you.
