10-year product guarantee

These qualities must remain constant, throughout time, day after day. Valcucine is certain of the quality of all its product lines. This is why it extends its Product Guarantee services to 10 years. To keep the value of Valcucine's quality guaranteed for longer.
Moreover, a specific Guarantee service for immediate advice and assistance is available for all users. Skilled technicians with in-depth knowledge of each single construction detail on all the models will be available. A team of people dedicated to direct contact with customers and capable of always providing an immediate answer and a valid solution to any problem.

This guarantee is supplied free of charge on Valcucine's models with glass and aluminium carcasses and on the Meccanica model of the Demode engineered by Valcucine brand.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE CLAUSES

Guarantee coverage.
During the period covered by the guarantee, Valcucine S.p.A. undertakes to replace or repair free-of-charge parts that have proven production defects and will supply such parts carriage free to the retailer's premises.

Duration and coverage of the guarantee.
The guarantee is valid for 10 years, excluding the glass parts for which there is a specific guarantee. It covers construction vices and is valid from the date of the receipt or of the packing list. It covers all the kitchen, living room or bathroom furniture parts produced with the Valcucine, LaCucinaAlessi by Valcucine and the Demode engineered by Valcucine brand names, except for: lamps, household appliances, sinks, taps and sanitaryware because these are covered by their own guarantee issued by the manufacturer.
The guarantee extension will not be valid if a worktop not produced by Valcucine is used on the kitchen.

What is not covered by the guarantee?
All the parts damaged due to bad and/or wrong maintenance (follow the instructions given in the booklet "To keep your kitchen and your furniture beautiful") negligence, incapacity of use or improper use, impacts or any other reason that does not depend on Valcucine S.p.A.
Natural variations of wood and varnishes cannot be considered as vices. For instance: colour and gloss variations as well as small alterations in size due to the wood-humidity-environment balance.
Damage caused by salt falling on metal elements is not covered by the guarantee. Salt can even corrode stainless steel.
Any damage caused by household appliances not sold by Valcucine S.p.A. is not covered by the guarantee.

Procedures for requesting provisions under guarantee
Requests for provisions under guarantee must be made to the retailer only who will check the complaint. If the retailer from whom the Valcucine furniture was purchased is no longer a Valcucine retailer, we kindly ask you to contact Valcucine S.p.A. to request the names of the authorised retailers nearest you.
