THE DEMODE GUARANTEES

The guarantee provided by VALCUCINE on the demode brand product complies with the provisions of the laws in force. Guarantees on appliances and sinks are those established by the respective manufacturers through their after-sales service centres.

Transport and assembly
For DEMODE brand products, transport to the customer's domicile and assembly are not included in the price indicated on the list price; these costs must be borne by the purchaser and vary depending on the distance that must be covered and the complexity of the kitchen. The incidence of these costs, including the planning service, on the price quoted to the public is variable.

Aesthetic variations
Possible aesthetic variations concerning the product compared to the one exhibited in the showroom must be accepted because: for natural products such as wood and marble, the colour and/or the grain may vary; both aesthetic and technical variations may concern electrical appliances because these are continuously evolving products. All variations shall however respect the quality and functionality of the product.

Product uniformity
Light, steam, humidity and other factors that are typical of the kitchen may determine colour variations that make a perfect colour match impossible if units are purchased at different moments in time. If these differences should occur, they tend to lessen in the course of time and cannot become grounds for disputes. Marble, granite and artificial stone come in colours that vary from batch to batch. If a precise colour is required, it will be necessary to request a sample of the batch in course. To complete and/or replace lacquered parts, please supply a sample.
