Guarantee coverage
The retailer engages itself towards the original purchaser in the region where the delivery was made, to bear the expenses regarding the transport of materials and labour costs for provisions under guarantee. This retailer's guarantee is valid only if stamped and signed by the retailer himself.

Duration and coverage of the guarantee
The guarantee starts from the date on the receipt or on the packing list and is valid for ten years.

What is not covered by the guarantee?
All household appliances, sinks, taps and lamps are not covered by this guarantee. The manufacturer's guarantee must be used for these goods. The retailer's guarantee will no longer be valid if the purchaser moves out of the province in which the delivery was originally made. In this case the purchaser can contact Valcucine S.p.A. directly who will intervene free-of-charge under guarantee.

Procedures for requesting provisions under guarantee
On the request of the purchaser, the retailer will check the defects indicated and will request the spare parts from Valcucine S.p.A. who will send them to the retailer free of charge.
