We can no longer continue to produce today without worrying about the goods that we will accumulate in the environment tomorrow. Goods that will become rubbish at the end of their life cycle. Today, Valcucine is the first and only company in the sector that, on its glass and aluminium or iron furniture systems by demode engineered by Valcucine, makes a commitment to its users and to the public to collect its products and to guarantee their disposal at the end of their life cycle. These products have been designed to be easily disassembled and can be 100% recycled and/or reconditioned by 90% to drastically reduce the consumption of other raw materials and the "production" of other waste. Thanks to the Guarantee of responsibility, the future of the environment, and of us all, is guaranteed forever.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE CLAUSES

Guarantee coverage.
Valcucine S.p.A. offers a life-long guarantee to take back and recycle the obsolete products of the Valcucine Artematica and Riciclantica models with glass-aluminium base and wall units and in the Meccanica model of the Demode Engineered by Valcucine product.

Duration and coverage of the guarantee.
The duration of the guarantee is unlimited. In Italy, it guarantees that the product will be collected at the end of its lifecycle, excluding dismantling of the furniture.

What is not covered by the guarantee?
The guarantee does not cover the dismantling of the goods that must be correctly packed following the disassembly and assembly instructions that must be requested from the Valcucine retailer before starting operations.

Collection is free of charge. The materials required to correctly pack the goods can be requested free of charge from the retailer who will receive them from Valcucine.

All household appliances and lamps are not covered by the guarantee. They must be disposed of in compliance with the laws in force.
The bathroom sanitaryware is not covered by the guarantee.

Procedures for requesting provisions under guarantee
Requests for provisions under guarantee must be made exclusively to the Valcucine retailer. If the customer should request the retailer to disassemble the furniture, this service shall be paid to the retailer at the price agreed.
